Light

- Expose yourself to sunlight daily (unless on darkroom retreat)

- Expose your eyes to natural light everyday to keep the circadian rhythm intact

- Do not look too much into light from screens or lamps especially as it gets dark

- Use an application on your display like "flux" or "Twilight" to protect you from this kind of light

- Consider getting special bluelight-blocking glasses

- One can use fire or energy-saving lamps to brighten a place or a lamp that is as close as it gets to a more natural light spectrum (fire in the evening is okay)

- Exposing your skin to light reduces unwanted fat deposits

- Sungazing is a beneficial practice for the eyes and the entire body, but should only be done when bearable (at sunrise and sunset the sunlight is the weakest)

- Expose body parts that are usually not exposed to the sun for energization (aka. practices like butthole sunning)
