Hydration

- Preferably do not start a meal, if you are thirsty (except the thirst is for the water in the food, e.g. fruits)

- Drink still (natural) water out of glass bottles, copperware or other non-toxic containers, without any carbonic acid (preferably not from plastic bottles/stainless steel containers)

- Distilled water also serves as a hydrator and cleanser but should not be consumed in too large quantities as it is an astringent

- Most people will need to rehydrate upon waking

- Raw food helps with hydration via (naturally well) structured water

- Drink when thirsty

- Structure water by vortexing/blessing it, by placing it in the sun- or moonlight, by putting a gem/crystal/stone in it or shaking it (less advised)
